One day we realize that no one is coming. Our therapist isn’t coming. Our doctor isn’t coming. Our parents aren’t coming. Our friends and co-workers aren’t coming. Our sponsor isn’t coming. No one is coming to save us because no one can – ultimately we are on our own. This realization is a pivotal moment – it’s when we realize there is no alternative other than to take full responsibility not only for our recovery but for our lives. But how?

This website is a culmination of decades of effort to develop an effective way to move forward. One key to understanding is the realization that we are not so different – we struggle with the same difficulties and hang-ups as everyone else. Our problems are not just substances – we are stalled at a stunted level of awareness and maturity. The tentacles reach everywhere. Thus began the project of uncovering everything.
